Due to the worldwide Covid-19 pandemic, shipping channels are often disrupted, so the USPS and FedEx DO NOT guarantee shipping times and we cannot refund shipping charges
We currently use FedEx International Economy or Priority for all international orders, which do not guarantee a delivery date. The reason for this is simple: PRICE. Guaranteed delivery for international shipping for a small product like ours is generally around $80-120 through FedEx International Express or UPS, while the FedEx Priority is approximately $15-25.
Please be patient, customs departments can be very slow to clear shipments. Please note all international orders are not returnable or refundable, and not eligible for sizing guarantees or exchanges.
