Not getting as much milk or not emptying well in our silicone flanges is usually one of two things:  

  1. Not getting deeply enough in the tunnel: Try the suggestions here.  Let us know if you need real-time guidance.

  2. Wrong flange size:  To minimize swelling that puts pressure on milk ducts, we recommend using the smallest size that you can fit into comfortably. There shouldn't be more than 1/8" (3mm) between your centered nipple and the side of the tunnel. This usually means sizing down at least one flange size.
