The only difference between our Sets for Spectra and our Sets for Medela is the Spectra Wide-Mouth Adapter, which is needed in place of the Spectra flange that's a combined flange and adapter that screws onto a wide-mouth bottle.
If you purchased a Set for Medela and end up needing an adapter to use your flanges with a Spectra (or, similar) pump, adapters are also available on Amazon in the US and Amazon in Canada.
