Most companies today don't accept returns for personal fit products at all since they can't be resold to another customer. We offer a generous 1 month return window because we truly understand how hard it is to get anything done with a new baby. As a very small company, though, we just can't accept returns after the that time.

The good news is that we offer personal help through our helpline (+1 877-466-8283), contact page, and free help from our inhouse lactation consultants. We can help most people use our flanges successfully, so it's really worth giving us a chance to get them working better for you.
