If you've never pumped before and don't even have a pump yet OR if you're buying a set as a gift, our best recommendation is to get the Small Set. If you know the brand of the pump you will be using, it is a good time to order adapters as well.
Try to order very close to your due date so you get the most time possible to use the flanges within the 15-day return time frame (domestic orders ONLY are eligible for returns).
