In the US, shipping has been disrupted by Covid-19 delays and changes to the US Postal system.  There are  fewer commercial flights right now and both FedEx and the US Postal Service have delays delivering mail on normal routes.  


With international orders, there are fewer customs workers clearing shipments in many countries, so it is taking much longer to clear customs.


If your order is delayed by more than a couple of days or if it's been marked "delivered" but you haven't received it, please let us know and we'll do our best to help.
