Our hard plastic flanges can be used like any standard flange. Just place it over your centered nipple and turn on the pump. They replace your standard flange (they are not an insert!) so if you have an all-in-one flange and adapter (the part that screws onto the bottle), you'll need an adapter like our Spectra adapter. Then you can lean back comfortably without worrying about milk spilling.
Wash them with any detergent and air dry. Dishwasher safe. Safe for steam sterilizing (important to always use water). They should last through at least one pumping journey.
