Our silicone flanges are not only angled like our hard plastic flanges so you can lean back while pumping without spilling milk, they also have the ability to hold elastic nipple tissue so they don't stretch too far and reduce milk flow. The inside surface is tacky so it can do this, which makes it hard to get deep enough in the tunnel. To make it easy, we developed a silicone application method with links to helpful videos and many tips for better milk removal.
