Our flanges should NOT be nested inside a standard flange (different brand). They replace your old flanges and connect directly to the adapter/connector that screws onto the bottle.
If you have a Medela pump, you can attach them to their PersonalFit Connector.
If you have a Spectra pump, you'll need to purchase the flange Set for Spectra which includes our Spectra adapter.
