Elastic (overly stretchy) nipple tissue can result in low milk supply because nipples that stretch too far can close off the milk ducts so the milk can't be drained thoroughly.  In turn, less milk removed results in less milk made.

How much milk you produce depends on many factors, including many that aren't related to pumping.  When attached correctly, our silicone flanges can help drain your breasts more effectively, which in turn can increase your supply because more milk is being removed.
