Our original PumpinPal flanges were Medium, Large, and X-Large in clear plastic. Our new Medium, Large, and X-Large flanges are exactly the same, we've just added color to the plastic as an easy way to tell them apart. And, we added more sizes! We now offer two silicone flanges in Small and X-Small sizes to meet the needs of people with smaller nipples. These silicone flanges can be used as just a smaller size or they can be used to control elastic (overly stretchy) nipples.
If you did well with your old clear flanges, it's definitely worth using them again to see how they fit now. But, it's possible that your nipples may have changed over time and you need a different size now. It's worth taking our Sizing Quiz to see what it recommends for you at this point.
