As stated in the email you received with the pre-paid label link, it can take up to 7 days after delivery to process the return as we check the contents thoroughly before refunding to make sure all product is included. Please don't send an email or call before the 7 days are over.
We do give ourselves 7 days but, it is generally done in fewer days.
